What is the minimum age to rent a surfboard?

All customers must be at least 18 years old to rent surfboards from Salty Souls. Minors are not permitted to rent under any circumstances.
What happens if I damage or lose a surfboard?

Customers are fully responsiblefor any damage, loss, or theft of rented surfboards. You will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Please handle all equipment carefully.
Where do we meet?

We meet right in front of the Paros on the Beach sign, on the beach walkway — just a few steps from the sand! Look for the surfboards and friendly smiles!
Can I cancel my booking or get a refund?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund, processed within 48 hours. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable. No refunds are given for missed bookings or weather-related interruptions.
What if the waves or the weather are bad?

Safety comes first. If conditions aren’t right, we’ll reschedule your lesson for another time — no stress and no extra charge.
