By using our website and/or renting surfboards from Salty Souls, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made online or in-person through our official channels.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment methods.
• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment and receipt of confirmation from Salty Souls.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
• No refunds are provided for missed bookings or early returns due to weather, tide, or sea conditions.

3. Equipment Use
• Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent surfboards.
• Customers must use equipment responsibly, following all safety instructions and local regulations.
• Customers are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of surfboards during the rental period.
• Equipment must be returned to 26 Old Burleigh Road, Queensland at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Surfing involves inherent risks, including injury or property damage.
• Salty Souls does not cover personal injury or damage to third-party property.
• Customers are fully responsible for any damage to the surfboards.
• Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of the rental without refund.

5. Weather and Sea Conditions
• Rentals may be postponed or cancelled due to unsafe sea conditions, including strong winds, high tides, or marine hazards.
• Salty Souls is not liable for losses due to weather-related cancellations.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring local conditions and exercising caution at all times.

• Personal information collected for bookings will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We may use your information to contact you about bookings, promotions, or safety updates.
